The Art of BriSCA F1 – BSCDA 70th Anniversary
This book is here to start the celebrations of 70 years of the BSCDA. . Not only is it a celebration in pictorial form of our sport, it is also an opportunity to raise funds for our BSCDA Benevolent Fund, something that has always been there for drivers since the 70s and will continue to support those drivers who may suffer injuries whilst competing in the sport they love.

The Art of BriSCA F1 – BSCDA 70th Anniversary
2025 celebrates 70 years of the BSCDA, one of the longest standing Driver’s Associations in the
world. The British Stock Car Drivers Association (BSCDA) was founded on the 12th of February,
1955 at a meeting in London’s Holborn Hall by the Southern drivers, electing popular driver Tony
Rumfitt as their Chairman. Two days later in Halifax the Northern drivers met up and formed their
BSCDA with Starter, Cliff Rourke as Chairman.
